Returns & Exchanges
We accept return or exchange requests only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

The request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.

Refund Policy
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

No Return Coupon Policy
If a customer places an order using the “NORETURN” coupon code, the order will be considered final sale.
Orders placed using this coupon will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

• Items returned without original packaging or after the 48-hour window

• Orders placed using the “NORETURN” coupon code

Important Note
As our products are made from natural and biodegradable sugarcane material, minor texture or color variations are part of the product’s unique character and are not considered defects.
